The challenge

The original 12-year-old fence was on wood posts that had rotted at grade, and three sections had blown over in a spring storm.

What we did

We removed 260 linear feet, set galvanized steel posts 30" deep in concrete, installed 8' board-on-board cedar with a cap-and-trim top and a treated rot board, and hung two steel-framed gates.

The result

Finished in three working days with HOA approval secured in advance.
